Speed and Efficiency: From the moment you send us your STL files or photo images, we immediately start working on your case. Send us your digital scans or impressions. The turnaround time is ten days from start to finish. We fabricate models and use our own 3D printers to print guides and other tools necessary for a successful surgery and restoration.
Accuracy: We excel in both digital and dental fabrications for a wide range of implant dental products. However, we digitally restore most implant cases to ensure the highest level of accuracy. Digital dentistry reduces the risks and uncertainties introduced by human factors, providing higher consistency, accuracy, and precision at every stage of the workflow. Intraoral digital impression scanning removes many of the variables associated with taking a traditional impression, giving technicians more accurate data to use for designs.

A complete implant package includes five pieces: the surgical guide and the implant itself (a titanium screw that is placed in the jawbone), the custom healing abutment (a connector between the implant and crown), the temporary and final prosthesis(the part that is visible and looks like a tooth). Biomet 3i made restoring implants so easy a lab tech could do it! After tissue maturation, a simple full arch and opposing impression or digital scan is sent to our laboratory. Since the Encode® healing cap is coded, there is no need for impression transfers, analogs, or stocking of these parts. Each Encode® abutment is custom CAD/CAM designed and patient specific, providing ideal tissue support and aesthetics.
Implant bundles were created with simplicity in mind. Implant bundles provide an upfront fixed cost and everything that is needed for the procedure. No more having to select individual items for client procedures.
